If your shipping tracking is not yet displayed, it likely means your order has not been updated yet. When you receive your Track & Trace code, it may take up to 3 to 5 days to become visible. Haven’t received your order? That’s unfortunate! After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with your order number. Returns
Luqavo does not cover return shipping costs for customer-initiated returns, such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item.If the return is caused by our mistake such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we cover all return shipping costs. Return Policy
