30-Day Easy Returns

At Luqavo, we offer a clear and customer-friendly return process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

Items must be: unused, in original condition, in original packaging, including all labels, accessories, and documents.

Return Costs

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: free return shipping.
Change of Mind / Wrong Selection: customer pays return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed in full (minus any non-refundable shipping costs).

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: email  Email  with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the Item: return the product in original packaging with all included items.
3. Ship It Back: use the return instructions provided in your authorization email and send via the designated carrier.

Refund Process

Inspection: once your return is delivered, our team inspects the item (1–3 business days).
Refund: after approval, your refund is processed to your original payment method.

Return Scenarios

1. Wrong Item Received

Contact us within 30 days, provide a photo. We issue a replacement or refund. No return fees apply.

2. Damaged or Defective Item

Send photo/video proof within 30 days. You may choose a replacement or full refund. No return fees apply.

3. Change of Mind / No Longer Wanted

Return allowed within 30 days. Item must be unused and in original condition. Customer pays return shipping. Refund issued after inspection.

4. Wrong Size / Wrong Color / Wrong Item Ordered

Customer pays return shipping. Refund after inspection and item verification. Exchanges available depending on stock.

5. Missing Items in Order

Contact us immediately. Missing items are shipped at no extra cost. Refund granted only for the incomplete portion if item cannot be sent.

6. Package Not Delivered / Lost in Transit

We investigate with the courier. If the package cannot be located, a full refund or replacement is issued. No fees apply.

7. Order Cancellation

If not processed yet: full cancellation with no charges.
If already shipped: return required upon delivery; customer pays return shipping for preference-based cancellations.

Refund Method

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
We cannot issue refunds to alternate accounts or payment methods.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Items marked as Non-Returnable or Final Sale

Hygiene-sensitive items (as stated on product page)

Used, worn, washed, or customer-damaged items

Items missing original packaging or accessories
